Born in 1983 in Istanbul, Ahmet Hatipoğlu turned his passion for photography, which started in his high school years, into a professional career by graduating from Istanbul Commerce University Visual Communication Design Department (2009). Ahmet Hatipoglu The Trainer and Artist Behind the Viewfinder
Bringing his experience in the sector together with the academic world, Ahmet Hatipoğlu, as of February 2025 Istanbul Medipol University’He is currently working as an instructor at the University of Istanbul.
Within the university; Product, Fashion, Editorial, Advertising and Basic Photography He continues to train the artists of the future by giving lectures.
In addition to his professional work in the sector, he continues to mentor the artists and visual communicators of the future under the roof of the university and to transfer his experiences to new generations.
ABOUT ME
Ahmet Hatipoglu The Artist Behind the Viewfinder
After completing his military service in the same year, he focused on his professional development. In addition to technical trainings such as Photoshop, Photography, Web and Advertising Design; he strengthened his communication skills by receiving diction and body language training from theatre artist Suna Dizdar.
Katıldığı bir “Moda Fotoğrafçılığı” eğitimi, onun kariyerinde bir dönüm noktası oldu. Fotoğraf sanatına olan tutkusu yeniden alevlendiğinde, amacı sadece bir fotoğrafçı olmak değil, kalıcı bir eser bırakmaktı. Bu vizyonla, İstanbul’un tarihi dokusundan ilham alarak kendi markasını yarattı. Galata Kulesi’nin gölgesindeki stüdyosunda; Galata ve Pera isimlerinin eşsiz birleşimiyle GALPERA markası doğdu.
